Day 1

Inquiry

You tell us the date, the headcount, the vibe, and the budget. We respond within 24 hours with availability and a starting proposal.

Week 1

Walkthrough

You visit the space, taste a few signature dishes, and meet our events lead. We sketch out a custom menu and floor plan together.

60 days out

Deposit & contract

25% deposit holds the date. Menu is locked, beverage program confirmed, vendor list shared (florist, music, photographer if needed).

14 days out

Final headcount

You give us a final guest count, dietary restrictions, and the run-of-show. Our kitchen begins sourcing for your specific event.

48 hours out

The walkthrough call

A 30-minute call with the chef, the events lead, and the floor manager. Every detail confirmed.

The night

Run the room

Our team handles everything. You enjoy the party. We send you a stack of polaroids the next morning.
